Dalcombank went on with further development and promotion in the retail services market. Special attention was paid to widening of the range of services and customer care focus.

Being a member of the deposit insurance system, Dalcombank opens accounts for individuals and raise available funds into deposits.

Individuals can open accounts for non-commercial payments, which can be made in Russian rubles, Euros, US dollars, Chinese yuan, Japanese yen, and Swiss francs.

Customers can open deposit accounts in different currencies including Russian rubles, Euros, US dollars, Chinese yuan Precious metal deposits are also available. Dalcombank offers premium deposit conditions and rates and multiple deposit options. Dalcobank presents the following types of deposits:

• long-term and short-term deposits
• savings accounts (account replenishment option is available)
• universal term deposits (both account replenishment and cash withdrawal options are available)

An especially popular type of deposit in 2006 was the “Luck” deposit, with which deposit holders not only enjoyed high interest rate but also had an opportunity to win prizes - golden and silver bars. Also, Dalcombank launched a new product for savings – “Premium bank rate + ” which allows customers to get discounts for other banking services.

The bank developed a special product for pensioners. Having opened an account with Dalcombank, the pension can be transferred from a Pension Fund directly to the account.

There was observed a strong growth in deposits of individuals. Total amount of deposits of individuals for the reported year increased for 2,2 billion rubles and as of 1.01.2007 totaled 8 billion rubles.

The volume of term deposits for the reported period grew 1,4 times and totaled 6,2 billion rubles.

The volume of saving deposits grew 1,3 times and totaled 2 billion rubles.
