Dalcombank becomes associated member of VISA system

In the near future Dalcombank is intending to start emission of Visa payment cards and providing services to Visa cardholders of other banks.  Strategy of the bank development in 2009 will be connected with the whole new range of banking services.

Having a leading position on the market of card technologies in the Far East of Russia in terms of Golden Crown payment system, cooperation with Visa will allow Dalcombank to widen the range of banking products and meet the needs of our clients in payments by Visa.” – Alexander Prokopovich, the Head of Card Projects department commented.

Senior MBRD Vice President, Albert Zvezdochkin said: “MBRD on its behalf is ready to provide necessary support to Dalcombank in Visa card emission and card services. We are confident that dynamic development of Visa card network by Dalcombank and emission of Visa cards for different categories of customers will help Dalcombank to strengthen its positions on the retail market of the Russian Far East.”
