Dalcombank – the prospects of development
AFK Sistema in terms of development banking group has transferred 100% of Dalcombank shares to the balance of Moscow bank of Reconstruction and Development
From February, 11 2009, MBRD has become main Dalcombank shareholder.
The next stage of the development of banking group is planned equity injection to Dalcombank by Moscow bank of Reconstruction and Development.
