Account management

Dalcombank offers wide spectrum of banking services for corporate customers including:

5. Account management for accounts in national and foreign currencies
6. Cash management
7. Export and import transactions management

Account opening procedure

1. To open an account with Dalcombank you the company needs to present to the bank the documents required for the account opening (please refer to the list below).
2. The customer signs the agreement with the bank and the bank opens an account in required currency in the name of the customer.
3. When account is opened customer can use all account services offered by the bank. Banking charges are applied in accordance with Dalcombank Terms and Conditions.

List of documents required for account opening

1. Application for account opening. (given by the bank)
2. Account agreement. (given by the bank)
3. The following documents shall be translated into Russian and certified by the Russian Consulate:
   • Documents confirming state registration of the company (Company Charter or Certificate etc) and mentioning the country of incorporation.
   • Documents confirming legal status of the company in accordance with legislation of the  country of incorporation
   • ID document
   • Letter of authority for account opening and account access.
4. Signature and stamp card certified by the bank or by the Public Notary
5. Tax certification (copy and original for a check).
6. Questionnaire (provided by the bank)
   The list of documents is subject to changes depending on legal status of the customer.

Dalcombank offices are opened for corporate customers Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Payment orders received from the clients within banking hours are processed same day value. Payment orders received from the clients outside banking hours including payment orders received through Bank Client and Internet Banking systems are processed by the bank not later than next day value. Cut-off time for electronic payment orders is 7 p.m. Account statements are sent on the day following account transaction.
